Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for all recruitment process, plan, job posting, attracting candidates, head hunting and etc.. .
- responsible for CVs screening, interviewing, short listing.
- Responsible for Job offers.
- direct the new hires to HR department for hiring process.
- Collaborate with line manager and Department`s managers to make hiring quarterly plan.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in recruitment not less that 4 years (last position).
- very good English written and spoken.
- excellent in dealing with social media, online jobs websites and all related online groups.
- very well organized.
- Team player.
- working in Fashion retail is a plus. preferably in high end brands.
