-Location: Nasr city Makrm Ebid.
-8h/day flexible hours.

Job Description:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of recruitment services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales 2+ years, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
