Job Description

We are looking for #Business_Development_Specialist for our company, one of the biggest outsourcing Companies Tawzef for Recruitment & HR consultancy.

-Location: Nasr city Makrm Ebid.
-8h/day flexible hours.
-2 days off.
-Social/Medical insurance.

Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of recruitment services.
     
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
     
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
     
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
     
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
     
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
     
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
     
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
     
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process.
     

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
     
  • Proven experience in B2B sales 2+ years, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
     
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
     
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
     
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
     
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
     
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
