Job Description
- Provide continuous high-quality support to General Manager and Company Manager.
- Provide general secretarial / administration support to Director and senior managers
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support operational demands and business objectives.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements and managed expenses.
- Maintain an office filing system including paper files/file cabinets, and shared electronic files.
- Quality control of documentation from document archiving and document destruction.
- Support the SGGE team in booking flight tickets and accommodation.
- Manage travel-related bookings: Accommodation, flights, and vehicle rentals.
- Update noticeboards and Maintain Plant activity Calendars.
- Tracking and controlling the expenses process as per internal control.
- Promoting a professional image of the company.
- Any other duties, as assigned by line manager in line with the role.
- Organize all the arrangements regarding the ASK Plant visits.
- Events Planning: Organize site visits and manage invitations.
- Create purchase orders and receive records for SAP purchases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, or Relevant
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong Knowledge using computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong negotiation skill
