Job Description
- Responsible for job descriptions preparation
- Assist in building a competency matrix for each position in the organization
- Assist in planning & organizing employee engagement activities
- Assist in building performance management system
- Be ready for innovative interventions for improving operations performance.
- Assist in blue & White collar recruitment
- Responsible for planning induction and orientation of new hires.
- Recruit blue-collar personnel whenever is required
- Prepare analytical reports of HR department performance
- Manage the training function within the organization.
- Assist in Personnel administration duties and tasks
- Assist in executing administration related tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 5 years in OD
- Minimum experience of 2 years in personnel administration
- Experience in manufacturing sites is preferred
- People oriented and results driven
- Strong literacy in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and BI
- High communication skill is strongly required
- HR certificate is an asset
- Commercial background is preferred.
- English Fluency is a must.
- Car driving license is required
