Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned regions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets within the assigned regions.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the company’s presence and product penetration in the market.
  • Oversee sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of sales experience including 5years in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Locations: Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Dakahlia, Cairo, Giza, Fayoum, Beni Suef.
