Job Description
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including preparing employment offers, contracts, and orientation programs.
- Maintain job descriptions for all positions and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Manage HR databases and generate regular reports related to employee data, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Support conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Assist in fostering a positive workplace environment aligned with SODIC Clubs' values.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing and deductions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, annual leave, and allowances.
- Handle employee leave requests and track balances.
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance appraisals, and discussions with managers.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Ensure adherence to Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as required.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to HR practices.
- Support the annual appraisal process, including documentation and tracking progress.
- Assist managers in setting SMART goals for employees and monitor their completion.
- Prepare HR-related reports, such as turnover analysis, recruitment performance, and training outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- HR certification is a must.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented industry.
- Experienced in the mass recruitment process.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and HR practices.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
