- Develop, implement sales plans and achieve planned sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Oversee and monitor the team as to achieve the sales target .
- Track sales goals and report results reports to top management.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 10 years in real estate is a must.
- Proven work experience as a sales manager .
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
