Job Description
- Prepares all Technical, Soft Services, and FM contracts for Nile City clients/tenants.
- Renews all current contracts for Nile City clients.
- Carries out all administrative works.
- Follows up on invoices’ creation, delivery, and reviewing monthly/task orders invoices.
- Handles client’s requests, inquires, and complaints.
- Follows up soft services day-to-day operations with Soft Services department.
- Acts as point of contact between the operations and internal/external clients.
- Arranges meetings, appointments and takes the minutes of meetings.
- Routes correspondences among departments.
- Creates reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Manages filing and documentation systems.
- Supervises the receptionist's daily tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5+ years experience in Administration and Client liaison.
- A facility Management background is preferable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English Language.
