Job Description
- Required an Female office admin to work in leading software company located in Heliopolis area
- The company new in the country as a first branch in Egypt
- Coordinate between the team work and follow up with them
- Arrange for appointments and following it up
- Communication with the clients and being smart in responding to them and fix whatever problem they might be facing by yourself or transfer to any of the specialist
- Filling and follow up with the paper work and documentations
- Find potential customers through the internet and indexing and contact them
- Responsible for opening and closing the office
- Supervising the training for customers
- Doing some data entry on the sold software
- Basic accounting to handle the petty cash
Job Requirements
- University Graduated
- English Language required
- Office management training an advantage
- Required previous office administration experience
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Good English language is most
- Accuracy in timing
- The will for self improvement all the time
- To be living near by to reduce the effort of long distance transportation
