Job Description
Are you a mobile growth hacker passionate about taking our apps with millions of DAU to the next level? We're seeking a data-driven leader to spearhead our mobile app growth strategy and unlock explosive user acquisition and engagement.
- Implement growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue (UAARR framework) across all our mobile apps.
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven growth initiatives, leveraging A/B testing, user acquisition channels, and in-app experimentation to optimize for sustainable growth.
- Identify and leverage new user acquisition channels, such as app store optimization (ASO), social media marketing, and influencer partnerships (if relevant to mobile app growth).
- Collaborate with marketing teammates and product team to ensure seamless integration of growth hacking strategies with marketing campaigns and new feature launches.
- Utilize data analytics tools and growth hacking frameworks (e.g., HEART framework) to measure and optimize campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel conversion.
- Manage and lead a team of Marketing Specialists and Graphic Designers to create and execute growth-focused campaigns for our mobile apps.
- Analyze competitor data and market trends to inform growth strategies.
- Write and edit compelling marketing content, including ad copy and social media posts (if directly contributing to user acquisition).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile app growth hacking trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on growth hacking and mobile apps, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- proven track record in managing marketing strategies for mobile applications with a user base exceeding 1 million daily active users.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital marketing teams and managing complex campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, Performance marketing and social media strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience with mobile app metrics, user behavior analysis, and growth hacking techniques
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with app user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on marketing.
- Prior experience working in the software or tech industry.
