Job Description
- Create ads to open vacancies on companies page and on social media
- Source potential candidates from a website and social media ( Facebook)
- Filtering the recruiting E-mail to attract qualified candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and applications form
- Make interviews for selected candidates (phone, virtual and in-person)
- Make a schedule for interviews meetings
- Send the schedule and location to the candidates via WhatsApp or Email
- Make a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Send job offer Emails to accepted candidates and answer about benefits
- Make reports clarify the progress on assigned job vacancies and provide
feedback regarding each candidate daily or weekly
Job Requirements
- Experience of at least 3 years in recruiting Blue Collars is a must.
- Cairo Residents candidates are preferable.
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good negotiable skills.
