Job Description
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative or executive assistant.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Manage GM calendar and set up meetings.
- Meeting and greeting visitors as per the GM diary schedule.
- Communicate positively and professionally with internal staff at all levels as well as external visitors.
- Dealing / Following-up with the GM’s incoming emails, faxes, and correspondences.
- Communicate with the general staff on the President/GM’s behalf and coordinate logistics internally and externally.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the GM.
- Drafts reports, and proposals & prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.
- Supports President/GM in his external commitments towards the external boards, committees, and other groups.
- Maintains confidential files and contact information; coordinates meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off-site to support the President’s agenda.
- Dealing / Following-up with the GM’s incoming email, faxes, and correspondence.
