- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis.
- Has a strong database and connections.
- Good Knowledge about Recruitment cycle process.
- People & Target Oriented.
- Experience from 2-5 years in recruitment .
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- General understanding of financial compensation packages
- Strong understanding of applicant-tracker systems.
- Diploma or Master’s degree in Human Resources
