Job Description

 

  1. Approach talent acquisition and recruitment processes Participate in the hiring plan and its time plan as well as updating the hiring plan when needed.
  2. Coordinate with the departmental managers to analyze positions needed for the upcoming period and its resources in coordination with the departmental managers.
  3. Implement the hiring process through posting ads, filtering CVs, conducting first interviews with potential candidates and follow up the with the departmental managers the technical interviews feedback and outcome till the final hiring and contract signature.
  4. Responsible for Onboarding the newly hired employees, as well as defining the company’s core goals and competencies.
  5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Developing Onboarding programs and monitoring its efficiencies. 
  7. participate in promoting  HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaces.
  8. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures and its workflows.
  9. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  10. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  11. Follow up with the departmental managers and the admin team to insure the availability of all the tools and working place for the candidate before the agreed starting date.
  12. Develop, create and update the JPs and PA forms as per the final approved chart.
  13. Create and update JPs  to deliver for the employees and add it to the HR Files.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of Application tracking methodologies. 
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Visio .
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Very Good Command in English.
  • previously Construction Experience is a must.
