Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Handles all the Recruitment process
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of Experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Personnel, recruitment, and Employee Relations.
- BA degree in a related field.
- Excellent Microsoft office user.
- Excellent command of the English language ( Written and Spoken).
- Excellent numerical abilities, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
- HR Certificate is a Plus.
