Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic real estate brokerage firm. As a leader in our marketing department, you will oversee the digital marketing strategy, including leading a team of senior media buyers, copywriters, and social media moderators. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google AdWords, social media platforms, and other digital avenues.
- Collaborate with the copywriting team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Manage the social media strategy, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and engagement with the community.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply best practices to our digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum impact of campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO/SEM, CRM software, and email marketing systems.
- Proven experience with real estate marketing or a strong understanding of the real estate industry's unique digital marketing requirements.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and personalization strategies

Job Requirements
