Job Responsibilities:

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Proven success in a managerial role in ERP or operation management system for Pharmacies, or relevant related field. Chain Pharmacies regional commercial management.
- Very well connect in pharmaceutical retail field in Egypt, Cairo and other governance.
- Proven success record in similar role, prior experience with market’s existing systems.
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans, Ability to manage P&L.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
