Team Leadership:

- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s professional growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment conducive to high performance.
Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement:
- Develop strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets, optimizing team performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies, monitoring progress and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee client interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes within the team for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of real estate transactions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends for management review.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience 5-8 in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and team management.
