Job Description
- Analyze system failures and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Diagnose and repair faults in UPS systems and related components.
- Replace worn-out batteries, fans, capacitors, and other parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance (visual inspection, battery testing, load testing, firmware updates).
- Install UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase) and related electrical equipment.
- Perform site assessments and prepare for installation (including cable routing, load evaluation, etc.).
- Commissioning and startup of UPS systems.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UPS systems installation and maintenance (experience with brands like APC, Eaton, ABB , Borri, or similar is a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, batteries (VRLA, Li-ion), inverters, and rectifiers.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and manuals.
- Proficient in using electrical testing tools and software diagnostics.
Other Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
