Job Requirements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of technical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Preferred:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technician role or similar position
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Interest in pursuing further technical training and certifications
