Job Description
- Oversee daily operations within the assigned department to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize production processes and achieve operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, recommending process enhancements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and drive maintenance initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower and materials, to maximize productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, or manufacturing within a large-scale industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site (onsite workplace arrangement) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
