Job Description
- Oversee daily operations within the assigned department to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize production processes and achieve operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, or manufacturing within a large-scale industrial environment.
