Job Description
- Design, plan, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project proposals for electromechanical works.
- Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to electrical and mechanical installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during construction and post-delivery phases.
- Ensure all electromechanical systems comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage procurement and selection of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for electromechanical works.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery and cost control of electromechanical components.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record in designing, installing, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, HVAC design software).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
