IT Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT system administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, data security, and providing technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and plan network infrastructure and manage installation of network points.
• Monitor network switches, routers, and servers to prevent issues.
• Handle backups and restore data when needed.
• Provide technical support for hardware issues and escalate as necessary.
• Manage firewall policies and ensure data security "Sophos or Microtik".
• Maintain attendance systems and camera system (DVR).
• Prepare reports on IT policy violations and assist in IT-related purchases.
