Job Description
- Evaluate and deal with the external recruitment channels needed (online and offline).
- Screen, source, interview, select and offer the best calibers for each position and inform the personnel team and the hiring manager of the joining date of the selected candidate.
- Design and develop recruitment forms and documentations needed along with the interviewing techniques and selection criteria
- Evaluate and assess the manpower plan fulfilment and process
- Design and develop a Performance Management system for all departments and all levels
- Design and develop Job Profiles for all titles and levels
- Design and develop organizations charts
- Create and develop all kind of reports needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of HR experience
- 5 years of recruitment and OD related experience
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Performance management and analytical skills
- Females only
