Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, workplace safety, and employee rights.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to management and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fie
- Previous experience in Tech Industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
