Role Summary:

As a Senior Reservation Agent, you will be the backbone of our booking operations. You’ll manage reservations from start to finish, support our sales and operations teams, and ensure each traveler’s journey is perfectly arranged down to the last detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of hotel, tour, and transport reservations for individual and group bookings
• Ensure accurate pricing, availability, and timely confirmations
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues or changes efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group and private tours to key destinations across Egypt
• Share insightful, engaging commentary on Egyptian history, culture, and local life
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tour operations and handle on-the-ground logistics
• Foster a positive group dynamic and respond to traveler needs
• Coordinate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and support teams
• Represent the company professionally and maintain high service standards

• Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tour Leader
• Deep knowledge of Egypt’s history, sites, and travel logistics
• Excellent communication in English (other languages like Turkish, French, or German are a plus!)
• Outgoing personality with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel and lead multi-day tours across different regions
