Job Description
As a Recruitment Specialist (Construction) at Mobica., you will identify, attract, and hire various top talent for our construction projects. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, and guiding them throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Qualifications ( Female only )
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction industry is a MUST.
- Experience with sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
