Job Description
- Execute end to end the onboarding process in compliance with the Global Onboarding Policy, to ensure a great experience for new employees and a smooth start in their roles.
- Inform and coordinate with all responsible parties in other departments to arrange for new employees onboarding logistics such as; transportation, offices, workstations, IT devices, parking options, welcome announcements, onboarding agenda and training with hiring manager and other similar items.
- Ensure all new employees’ data is reflected properly on Success Factors and credentials are created and communicated accordingly.
- Conduct various orientation and induction sessions to familiarize and connect new employees with the company’s key information such as values, structure, policies and rules.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding documents and welcome kits for the new employees.
- Collect and organize all paperwork related to new hires, such as hiring documents, non-disclosure contracts and agreements.
- Introduce team members and help the new employees understand the company hierarchy and “Who is Who” matrix.
- Give the new employees an office tour to familiarize them with the environment.
- Enroll employees into various benefits programs such as health benefits and DreamCraft.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days of onboarding and provide critical support to them and their hiring managers; to provide a world-class onboarding experience.
- Conduct regular onboarding surveys to measure employee satisfaction.; analyze surveys results and pinpoint the key comments.
- Update employee welcome book as required.
- Stay up to the market best practices to introduce innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
- Adequate professional 3 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or a relevant HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Success Factor is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written).
- Flexibility to work night shifts from 5:00 pm till 2:00 am
- High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.
- High ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees.
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify improvements.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong team player with a result driven approach.
- Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
