Signature Stays is a premium short-term rental management company helping property owners maximize returns effortlessly.
Mantaray Digital Solutions is a tech agency specializing in AI-supported MVP development and custom software builds for startups and businesses.
We’re looking for a sharp and driven Sales Executive to help us grow both brands—signing up properties for Signature Stays and closing B2B clients for Mantaray.
About the Role
You’ll be the frontline of our growth—responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing both property owners and businesses. From building relationships with landlords to closing software service contracts, your day will be varied, strategic, and high-impact.
Key Responsibilities
Signature Stays (B2C/B2B)
Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and real estate developers.
Pitch our hands-off, high-return rental management service.
Manage onboarding pipeline, from initial outreach to signed agreements.
Establish partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers.
Mantaray Digital (B2B)
Prospect and qualify businesses/startups in need of digital products or MVPs.
Pitch our 14-day MVP service and custom software solutions.
Lead the sales process from outreach to proposal to signed deal.
Work closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working across multiple industries and adapting your pitch.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Bonus Points
Real estate or property tech background.
Experience selling digital services, SaaS, or software development.
Familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM/outreach tools.
Existing network in real estate or startup circles.
Compensation
Base salary + commission
Bonus structure based on performance across both ventures
