Job Description
- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics to the recruitment manager.
- Ensure the recruitment team posting all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
- Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools.
- Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure.
- Dealing with different collars.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Hands on task to deliver it within time (time to hire & time to fill).
- Improve the team technicality through continuous training.
- Review the hiring documents in order to finalize the recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the HR department (Especially in Recruitment)
- Mass hiring Experience is a must.
- Blue & White collars recruitment experience is a must.
- Familiar with ATS, MS Office & Various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment.
