Job Description
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and other channels.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities, to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Use insights from analytics to optimize recruitment processes, allocate resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
