Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear and concise project documentation.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience from 10-15 years as a Project Manager in the Civil industry, construction, infrastructure development, and heavy civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera
