Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish within scope, budget, and timeline
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and contracts to ensure alignment with specifications
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly status reports
- Manage procurement needs and coordinate with the procurement department
- Identify project risks and implement preventive/corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in construction or contracting companies
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with contract management, site logistics, and cost control
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
