Job Description
- Lead and manage development and expansion projects within the factory.
- Coordinate between departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR) to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Analyze current processes and propose sustainable development strategies.
- Develop and implement plans for improving production lines and operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Research and implement new technologies to optimize output and minimize waste.
- Manage the project team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Project Management).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in project/development management.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), especially in medical devices or supplies.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication with all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
