Job Description
- Managing large-scale construction projects from planning to execution
- Leading project teams and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines
- Direct interaction with military entities and handling related procedures
- Overseeing multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Implementing strategic plans and construction methodologies
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitoring performance and resolving on-site issues
Job Requirements
- Experience: 15 to 20 years
- Age: Up to 52 years
- Background: Must have worked in construction and contracting companies
- Minimum Project Scope: Worked on at least 4 projects, with a total business volume exceeding EGP 8 billion
- Recent Experience: Must have worked in companies (not consultancy offices) during the last 7 years
- Military Interaction: Must have experience dealing with military entities such as the Engineering Authority, Military Intelligence, and the Directorate of Works
- Specialization: Civil Engineering
