Prepare detailed work plans and project (Sewage Networks – Force mains Treatment lines) schedules and monitor their implementation.
Manage the project team and supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications and contracts.
Monitor the quality of execution in accordance with technical standards and local and international codes.
Manage the project budget, monitor costs, and control expenses.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up on site safety and occupational health procedures.
Resolve technical and administrative issues that may arise during the project.
Ensure proper handover and approval of works by the relevant authorities.
Supervise testing, commissioning, and the initial and final handover of the project.

Minimum of 10 year of proven experience in managing sewage network and Force mains Treatment lines .
BS in Civil or Mechanical Governmental Engineering.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
