Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Mobilization
Develop detailed project execution plans aligned with the approved master schedule and budget.
Coordinate mobilization of resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Project Execution & Supervision
Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact with the project consultant, owner, and other stakeholders.
Attend and lead regular site meetings and prepare progress reports and presentations.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the consultant, owner, and internal teams.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, review, and maintain all project-related documentation, including RFI, NCR, MIR, IR, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, change orders, claims, and variations.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and prepare recovery plans when needed.
Cost & Quality Control
Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and provide forecasts and reports.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and control procedures.
Handover & Closeout
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover procedures with the consultant and owner.
Finalize snag lists and close out documentation including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
Job Requirements
Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in residential construction projects, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
Industry Background: Construction company with exposure to working with consultants and private/public owners.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
