Job Description
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control standards for home appliances.
- Supervise the quality control team in inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Develop and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives.
- Identify and address quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Perform routine audits and inspections of production lines and processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality control management, preferably in home appliances or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and other industry-specific certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the quality control team.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, methodologies, and software.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality.
- Preferred: Experience with electrical appliance manufacturing processes.
