Job Description

  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
  • Conduct purchasing activities for goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to maintain stock.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • minimum 2 years of experience. 
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
