We identify early-stage investment opportunities with strong growth potential and help incubate these to achieve their full potential. Our aim is to create sustainable returns through growth acceleration and value creation.What you will do: To support the investment and asset management function for a specific portfolio of assets, through working with a deal execution team to conduct end to end deal origination and execution, and being actively involved in asset management activities.You will support the deal teams to successfully complete allocated transactions, with a view to developing your experience and capability to become an investment leader in the future.Investment Strategy: understand the investment strategy, market dynamics and Mubadala’s position and use this insight to inform your day to day activitesBusiness development, participate in the sourcing and evaluation of new business opportunities, building Mubadala’s reputation as a leading partner.Deal execution, support the execution of the deal cycle with an emphasis on completing the delivery of the diligence, valuation, modelling and business cases.Asset Management: work with the Value Creation team to develop the portfolio and deliver the business case and expected returns.Stakeholder Management: represent Mubadala in the market, to prospects, partners, relevant authorities and stakeholders.Self Leadership: develop yourself to progress as a professional and your contribution to Mubadala. Support others to improve their performance. What Will You BringTo succeed within this role, you will bring a strong mix of practical experience, technical skills and business skills, including the following:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor degree holder in business management, finance, economics or equivalent. Master degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution or a financial certification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CAIA) is an advantage.Minimum Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively more complex and senior roles in a top-tier investment bank, management consulting or private equity firm. Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation, asset management and/or strategy and business planning.
