Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, Acquire, and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–7 years of experience in sales or account management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (for experienced candidates).
