●Driving the team to meet & exceed hiring benchmarks in a specific time frame.
●Managing & Monitoring end-to-end recruitment process.
●Oversee & Manage team to deliver the recruitment needs.
●Making consistent job descriptions & discuss with managers for the job requirements & applicant qualifications.
●Provide Daily/Weekly reports
Job Requirements
●Fluency in English is a Must.
●Experience 5+ years in Recruitment.
●Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
●Great negotiation skills
●Track record of driving process improvements with data
●Strong decision-making skills
●Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
