Job Description
Manjam Real Estate Investment is hiring a Sales Team Leader (Male / Female)
Job Duties:
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (client’s premises, developers’ premises, project site, etc...).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Evaluate your team members and conduct specific trainings.
- Keep track of your team’s daily actions and progress.
- Offer weekly daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding your team’s actions and achievements.
- Guide your team to achieve sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Team Leader (Minimum 1 year experience in the same post) and requires experience in New Capital, Fifth Settlement and Sheikh Zayed, North Coast, Ain Sokhna
- Bachelor Degree from any reputable university.
- Very good command in English.
- Presentable.
- Maximum Age is 30.
Working Conditions:
- Location: 5th Settlement.
- Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- 2 days off (Friday and Saturday).
