Job Description
Maximize productivity of sales team by:
- Manage all sales activities inside as well as outside the sales center.
- Adheres to all company norms and regulations.
- Decision making in any disputes that may occur between sales.
- Act as a backup for the Director in providing immediate decisions and services to customers when required.
- Conduct sales calls and analyses customer needs.
- Negotiate (as and when required) terms, conditions and documentation with clients, culminating in the closing of transactions.
- Recommend the department’s participation in conferences, exhibitions and events which would have a direct impact on sales – as well as visibility within the industry.
Ensure a high quality of service, customer Satisfaction, and a grater sales volume by:
- Deals with overall relationship matters and problem solutions and other servicing issues which are normally handled in our sales center.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to enquiries from clients inside as well as outside the country.
- Anticipate problems before they happen, and oversee implementation of new business arrangements.
- Work closely with product and operations groups on service issues
- Develop subordinates through:
- Provide direction to supervisors and executives in order to reach highest level of sales and most professional performance.
- Prepare on the job as well as outside (‘classroom’) training sessions.
- Monitor and follow-up the overall performance and assessing customer relationships and level of satisfaction.
- Produce a semi-annually contribution review for every subordinate in the department.
Coordinate with all other departments directly related to sales through:
- Interact with Business Development department in order to develop a clear picture of well segmented supply and demand in the Real Estate market.
- Interact with Marketing department in order to ensure maximum level of product awareness and produce all selling tools;
- Complete administrative tasks for the team, including some or all of: preparing pricing sheets, quarterly income and sales activities, etc.
- Aware of the Company’s policies and practices.
- Solid understanding of the company’s products, projects and pricing / payment schemes.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of country, economic and business conditions – especially in the real estate market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English to be able to effectively communicate with the company’s clients.
- fully aware of the culture, business ethics, ways of conducting business in Egypt.
