Job Description
- Own end-to-end property onboarding from acquisition to go-live, including furnishing, inspections, and compliance.
- Manage ongoing property operations, including maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules, deep cleaning services, and repairs.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service.
- Lead a team of project managers or field agents (as applicable).
- Coordinate with the Community Operations team to oversee the smart booking system's operational use and ensure accurate calendar management.
- Monitor and maintain property quality, safety, and readiness through regular audits and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with customer experience and support teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Implement operational KPIs and reporting systems to measure and improve service performance.
- Develop scalable processes as the property portfolio grows across regions.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience in construction, operations, real estate or , property management
- Proven leadership and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management abilities.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, or property management software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Operations, Supply Chain or relevant field.
