Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an insurance brokerage setting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
