Job Description
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and supports the Administrative Manager and office employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Arrange travel and accommodations for rotators and visitors
Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock records updated of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office by answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Admin Officer or similar role
- Basic knowledge of KSA labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Very Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very Good Command of English Language
