Job Description

As HR Recruiter:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
  • Post jobs, source candidates, and conduct interviews
  • Maintain recruitment records and reporting

As HR Onboarding Specialist:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions
  • Handle documentation and serve as the main point of contact for new hires
  • Ensure compliance and continuously improve onboarding processes

  • Align HR strategies with business goals
  • Support employee relations, talent management, and change initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and ensure legal compliance

As Performance Specialist:

  • Implement and manage performance review systems
  • Support employee development and coach on performance issues
  • Analyze data and refine processes

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee benefits enrollment and vendor management
  • Ensure legal compliance and clear communication with employees
  • Develop and update HR policies and reports

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience as HR Generalist & experience in mentioned key responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
