Warehouse and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and overseeing warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities Procurement Process Management:Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and delivery terms.Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Cost Management:Monitor market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.Analyze and manage procurement budgets and expenditures.Inventory and Warehouse Management:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.Develop and maintain an effective inventory tracking system to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and operates efficiently.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations.Generate regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance for management review.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support as required.Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff and other team members.
