Job Description
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Manage the warehouse operations system and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and deliveries to customers
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory
- Review and prepare workflow, managing and space requirements, and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Well knowing the nature of chemicals, specially DG materials and storing the same perfectly in a safe condition
- Oversee and manage the transport of products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and to ensure the on time deliver to customers
Job Requirements
- University degree, prefer chemistry, science.
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse role, prefer experience in chemicals warehouses
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Bilingual (Arabic - English)
- ERP system skills required. Preference to D365
- MS office, outlook communications are essentially required
